In view of the latest developments of COVID-19 and in response to the Government's announcement on the adjustments of public services, the Electronic Health Record (eHR) Office announced that the eHR Registration Office will provide limited counter services with effect from 21 July 2020 until further notice.
Counter services will be provided as follows:

From 9:30am to 12:30pm
Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
Hotline services will remain normal. Hotline staff can be contacted during service hours on Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 9:00pm (except public holidays).
Members of the public should refrain from visiting the eHR Registration Office if they feel unwell. All visitors entering or staying in the Office are required to wear a surgical mask.
The eHR Office encourages members of the public to submit applications online, by fax or post to the eHR Registration Office. For enquiries or further information, please call the hotline at 3467 6300, send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the eHealth website (www.ehealth.gov.hk).
The eHR Office will review the situation and make further announcement in a timely manner.
