Electronic Health Record Registration Office
Services include:
- Handle and support registration of patients and healthcare providers
- Provide hotline enquiry services to patients, healthcare staff and members of the public via 24-hour Interactive Voice Response System and by staff during service hours
- Provide services for data access requests and data correction requests
- Provide the Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHealth) briefings and training to the Electronic Health Record Registration Centres and healthcare providers
