Services include:

  • Handle and support registration of patients and healthcare providers
  • Provide hotline enquiry services to patients, healthcare staff and members of the public via 24-hour Interactive Voice Response System and by staff during service hours
  • Provide services for data access requests and data correction requests
  • Provide the Electronic Health System (eHealth) briefings and training to the Electronic Health Record Registration Centres and healthcare providers

  • Operated by 24-hour Interactive Voice Response System
  • Hotline staff can be contacted during service hours from 9:00am to 9:00pm on Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
  • The caller number displays of outgoing calls from our hotline staff are "3919 2455" and "3719 3039"
  • To assist citizens in verifying the identities of SMS senders, eHealth has participated in the “SMS Sender Registration Scheme” and shall use "Registered SMS Sender IDs" with the prefix "#" to send SMS to eHealth users. The SMS sender ID of eHealth is "#eHealth”.

In so doing, such personal data may be transferred to other Government departments/ bureaux or concerned parties involved in the handling of your comments, suggestions, enquiries or complaints. You may, by stating clearly in writing your wish to withhold consent to the disclosure of your personal data to other parties. In this circumstance, the eHR RO may not be able to process your case satisfactorily or at all.
