In view of the latest developments of COVID-19 and in response to the Government's announcement on the adjustment of public services, the Electronic Health Record (eHR) Office announced that the eHR Registration Office will resume counter services with effect from 21 April 2022 (Thursday).

Counter services will be provided as follows:

Office Opening hours
eHR Registration Office 9:30am to 12:30pm & 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Monday to Friday
(Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

Hotline services will remain normal. Hotline staff can be contacted during service hours on Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 9:00pm (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

Members of the public should refrain from visiting the eHR Registration Office if they feel unwell. All visitors entering or staying in the Office are required to wear a surgical mask.

In addition, the service hours of electronic health record registration centres (RC) and healthcare providers (HCP) may have been changed. Please confirm with the RC and HCP before visiting.
