Accredited Electronic Medical Record System

An accredited Electronic Medical Record System ("EMRS") is an eHealth-connected system that meets technical requirements for depositing Electronic Health Records ("eHRs") by healthcare providers ("HCPs").

HCPs are encouraged to adopt accredited EMRS with eHealth connectivity and deposit eHRs in eHealth.

eHealth+ Connectivity Support Scheme

To further promote health data sharing in the private healthcare sector, the eHealth+ Connectivity Support Scheme encourages private HCPs to adopt accredited EMRS with eHealth connectivity and deposit eHRs in eHealth with patient consent.
