How to give Access Key to HCP?

1. By phone

With the Access Key, when you call your HCP to make an appointment after identity authentication, you can give your sharing consent to that HCP at the same time to authorise your doctor to access your electronic health record for pre-consultation preparation.

2. By 24-hour Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)

You can use the Access Key to manage sharing consent via the eHRSS Patient Hotline (3467 6300) after identity authentication.

3. In person

You can use your Access Key to manage sharing consent for a participating HCP when you receive healthcare in that HCP. Please present your identity document to staff of the HCP for identity authentication.

You can also use your Access Key to give sharing consent for one or multiple HCPs (except HA and DH) at any registration centres in HA or DH, or at the Electronic Health Record Registration Office after identity authentication.

How to generate a new Access Key?

* Note: After joining eHRSS, you are taken to have given sharing consent to HA and DH.
