With the passage of the Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS) Bill by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong in July 2015, the eHRSS will commence operation in the first / second quarter of 2016.

Patients participated in the Public-Private Interface–Electronic Patient Record Sharing Pilot Project can migrate to the eHRSS. They will receive an invitation letter and a SMS message sent to their mobile phones / a phone call.

In the eHRSS, there are three / four levels of compliance for sharing clinical data. Only computer generated data (including PDF), but not scanned manual records, can be shared through the platform.

The Clinical Management System (CMS) On-ramp is available to local healthcare providers free of charge and can be obtained through designated eHR Service Providers / the Hospital Authority.

The personal particulars and contact information collected in this fun quiz will only be used to notify the winners and send the prizes. All personal data collected will not be disclosed to any third parties and will be deleted by the eHR Office two weeks after all prizes have been sent.
