Other officiating guests at the ceremony included Dr Anthony Lee, the Chairman of Hong Kong Private Hospitals Association; Mr Richard Yuen, the then Permanent Secretary for Food and Health (Health); Professor Sophia Chan, the Under Secretary for Food and Health; Mr Sidney Chan, the Commissioner for the Electronic Health Record; Dr Constance Chan, the Director of Health; Dr Leung Pak-yin, the Chief Executive of Hospital Authority; Dr Donald Li, the President of Hong Kong Academy of Medicine; Dr Louis Shih, the then President of Hong Kong Medical Association; and representatives of local private hospitals.
