If you are not using "iAM Smart" or "HA Go" mobile application, you can register with the Electronic Health System (eHealth) online and complete identity verification at eHealth registration location in person later.

If you submit your application with "iAM Smart", identity verification and eHealth registration can be completed online at the same time. Your eHealth account will be created instantly.

How does eHealth protect my electronic health record?

You have the right to choose which healthcare provider can access your electronic health records.
Your healthcare providers

Healthcare providers providing services to you cannot access your electronic health records unless they have joined eHealth and obtained your sharing consent.

Your electronic health records

All data are stored in encrypted electronic format.

SMS / email / postal mail notification

You will receive notification through your selected communication means when your eHealth records are accessed.
